The Bus Ministry is a home mission outreach of Worth Baptist Church established for the sole purpose of introducing boys & girls, men & women to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and maturing them through the Word of God.
We have four busses, three vans, and approximately 25 men, women and young people serving in three distinct, but equally important ways:
- Each "Bus Captain" prays faithfully for his riders,
- Each Captain visits his riders and rider candidates on Saturday, and
- Each Captain transports his riders safely to and from Church for worship, Sunday school, activities and other planned events per schedule.
One of our Captains also transports senior citizens in a well-maintained, church-owned van to both morning and evening services. We thank God he has allowed us to see many come to Christ through this local church ministry, and fervently pray that we may see many more make professions of faith and mature in Him before He comes again.
