Worth Care FAQS
We answer your questions
1. How can I get involved?
2. What does a Community Coordinator do?
They recruit, train, and equip volunteers to care for their communities in a safe and responsible way. They encourage their teams to connect with local medical professionals and first responders and develop strategies to serve them. They raise funds within their communities to meet needs. They ensure that the gospel goes with every service project. They safeguard volunteers by implementing social distancing recommendations. They celebrate the stories of their team through their personal and Worth Baptist Church social media feeds.
3. What kind of projects are available?
Projects that meet the most urgent needs in your community. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we will work with community leaders to determine what is needed in your part of the Metroplex. You may be asked to raise funds to deliver meals for ER nurses at your local hospitals. You may be asked to gather fabric for masks or deliver groceries to the elderly.
